Good Stuff

Happy V day. I hope all your V day dreams come true. Mine already did as you can see. I got a sweet card with Napoleon, Kip, & Uncle Rico.

For my OWOH giveaway I asked that you all leave me any information that you think I might need when you entered. Well, ask and you shall receive. Here are a few bits of your info......

1. A potato soup recipe from Melanie. Complete with photos. Yummmmmmmmm

2. A nice piece of advice from Seahag Studio.

"Call your family when you think about them, friends too! I've lost a lot of people the last couple of years, don't wait for later."

3. A odd but really cool sounding cupcake recipe from Just Jingle.

Hmm...something you need to know...Diet Coke cupcakes...take one box of a low sugar (or any) chocolate cake mix. Dump it in a bowl. Add one can of Diet Coke. Stir until combined fully. Pour into cupcake liners in a cupcake tin and bake for 15-20 minutes at 350 and you have the yummiest low-fat, low-sugar, low calorie cupcakes you can find!!! Seriously good stuff! Try it!

4. A recipe for quick cinnamon rolls from Chocolate Chic. My do they look tasty.

5. A site for swaps. If you like to swap check out swapdex.

6. Some movie suggestions:

The Bridge
Autumn Spring
What The Bleep Do We Know
Inkheart
Gran Torino
Even a suggestion NOT to watch Wanted!

Here is that finished button and fleur de lis necklace.
Sweet!

Totally agree with the Wanted comment. Guys will like it only b/c it has violence and Angelina Jolie.

Too funny. I'll also recommend that if you ever pour sugar into a carbonated beverage you do it OUTSIDE. :D
