Super quick, super easy, and pretty tasty.
1 egg
1 tablespoon water
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Thaw puff pastry according to package directions. I set mine on the counter, it took about 45 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix egg and water together.
Fold out the pastry on a lightly floured surface, brush with egg wash.
Sprinkle on the sugar and cinnamon mixture.
Cut the pastry into strips. I cut longways then folded them in half.
Twist!
