My Burlap Wreath - Continued

I embellished my burlap wreath. Just a little.
HERE is the original burlap wreath post with the tute.

I had one 5 inch strip left over from the wreath. So I made rosettes from that strip by cutting large oval shapes. Cutting those into spirals and rolling them up.

I put dots of hot glue every so often to keep my rosettes together. Then glued felt on the back so I would have something to pin to the wreath. I wanted these to be a temporary embellishment.

Oh, and I spray painted them! Burlap spray paints well.

I pinned them to my wreath with straight pins.

A little bit of color is always good.

I really like the pop of red on the burlap. I didn't know that you could spray paint burlap, thanks for the tip.

Jo- I LOVE how you embellished it a bit more!! The other day I said it didn't need anything...Less Is More... but you're right, these rosettes are a perfect addition.
