I promised a healthier popsicle. Here we go......
Banana Berry Popsicles
adapted from Martha Stewart
1 1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup berries
1/4 cup honey
Blend and freeze.
Use any berries you like. I used a frozen mixture of blueberries and strawberries.
The cream layer here is just 1/2 cup buttermilk, honey to taste, 1/2 tsp. vanilla.
